If you are reaching out regarding an order, please include the order number in your message. If you believe something is wrong with your order, please provide photos when applicable to whatever issue you are addressing. 

If you had an item broken in transit, please include pictures of the packaging as well as the item, so that I may submit a claim to USPS.

Please keep communications about customer service issues to email or this form, do not message me on social media with order issues, social media can be glitchy/unreliable, and it can be difficult to sort through all the messages there in a timely manner. Please be sure to keep an eye on your promotions/spam folder for replies.
